Workstation on wheels breakdowns can disrupt production. Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Does it need charging? Please plug the iwow into the wall socket and observe if it is charging correctly.
- Plugged in and still not charging? Is the wall socket functioning? Can you try an alternate wall socket? Check for obvious signs of damage or wear on the power cord and report immediately any cuts, abrasions or bare wires. Has the cable been overstretched? An over stretched orange curly change will often not return to natural shape and an easy indication of damage.
- Check the userguide: Our support section offers user guide for our products where you can lean more about powering on/off and how to identify when charging is happening..
- Create Support Ticket: If the issue is not easily resolved, please create a support ticket listing as much information as possible to allow us to fully assist.
