To best assist you we will require the serial number of the product when you raise a ticket. For an iwow product or similar this will be located inside the IT Pod and will likely require a key to open. It will be in the format FWxxxxx and look like :

For Freeway monitors, AIO and tablets such as MT400, 500 & MT700 this can be found on the rear cover and will in the format below :

Please note we are unable to use any asset tag number or the serial number from attached micro PC.
